Meyler & Company LLC expressed substantial doubts on the ability of Physicians Remote Solutions, Inc., to continue as a going concern after it audited the Company's financial statements for the year ended November 30, 2007. The auditor notes that the Company has incurred cumulative net operating losses and has had no operating activities to date. The Company reported a net loss of $139,922 for the year ended November 30, 2007, a bit higher than the net loss of $115,381 for the year ended November 30, 2006.
