Intellectual Property:
Pursuant to an invention transfer agreement dated October 26, 2007, the Company's Vidatech, Kft. subsidiary obtained exclusive rights to develop and commercialize a new desalination device. The Company anticipates that a patent application will be filed on this technology by November 30, 2007. Pursuant to an exclusive utilization agreement dated May 24, 2007, Vidatech submitted two patent applications relating to the modular generation units of the RiverPower technology and the electrical generator itself, that converts slow rotational movement into electrical power. The exclusive utilization agreement covers all methods and extents of utilization of the inventions, collectively referred to as RiverPower, and all aspects of the underlying technology.
