Pritchett Siler & Hardy PC raised doubts on the ability of Faceprint Global Solutions, Inc. to continue as a going concern after auditing its financial statements. Since inception, the Company has experienced recurring losses from operations, which have resulted in an accumulated deficit of $17,868,291 as of March 31, 2007. The Company has incurred significant losses in the amount $2,733,225 for the year ended March 31, 2007 and $7,223,413 for the year ended March 31, 2006. The Company has a stockholders' deficit of $1,660,182 and a working capital deficit of $1,292,043 as of March 31, 2007.
