KMJ Corbin & Company LLP expressed substantial doubt on the ability of Left Behind Games, Inc. to continue as a going concern after auditing its financial statements. The auditor notes that the Company has incurred net losses of $26,084,107 and $8,608,526 during the years ended March 31, 2007 and 2006, respectively, and had an accumulated deficit of $35,631,260 at March 31, 2007. In addition, the Company used cash for operations of $5,115,073 and $1,552,572 during the years ended March 31, 2007 and 2006, respectively.

Intellectual Property:
On October 11, 2002, the publisher of the Left Behind book series granted White Beacon an exclusive worldwide license to use the copyrights and trademarks relating to the storyline and content of the books in the Left Behind series of novels for the manufacture and distribution of video game products for personal computers, CD-ROM, DVD, game consoles, and the Internet. White Beacon has sublicensed its Left Behind book series license in its entirety to the Company, with the written approval of the publisher of the Left Behind books.
