Intellectual Property:
The Company has not applied for patent protection for its proprietary PCMX formulation or for its micro-emulsion technology. The Company relies instead upon trade secret protection for protection of formula, formulation, micro-emulsion technology and manufacturing process. Pursuant to an Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement, American Children's Foundation, Richard M. Othus, Andrew D.B. Lambie and Cascade Chemical Corporation irrevocably assigned to the Company all of their rights to the chemical formula used in the manufacture of its product. The Company's products are sold under a variety of trademarks and trade names. EcoTru® is currently registered in the United States, Japan, and Taiwan.
