Also, at March 31, 2007, the Company had negative net working capital of $25,116,906 and has continued to deteriorate into the first quarter of its 2008 fiscal year. The auditor believes that the Company is likely to deplete its working capital during its 2008 fiscal year. These matters raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
